Every property in our portfolio is evaluated against three rigorous criteria.
PQS — Property Quality Standard
Physical condition, build quality, fittings, appliances, natural light, ventilation, and maintenance history. A property must score in the top quartile to enter our portfolio.
LQS — Location Quality Standard
Proximity to BTS/MRT, walkability, green space, retail access, noise levels, and neighbourhood trajectory. Location is permanent; we evaluate it accordingly.
TQS — Tenancy Quality Standard
Building management responsiveness, lease terms, juristic person reputation, and historical tenancy satisfaction. We only partner with landlords and buildings that treat residents with respect.
